Rust causes corrosive metals to change the color and if one may object to rust for a long time, there is a gradual deformation in shape. There are many ways to prevent rusting. Hot dip galvanizing is one such option that is often used for industrial purposes.
Electroplating is a process in which zinc, a non-corrosive metal, corrosive on metals such as iron and steel is coated. Since zinc is more reactive than iron or steel, the galvanized coating corrodes first, protecting the steel or iron substrate.
Hot dip galvanizing is a form of galvanization. When exposed to the atmosphere, zinc reacts with oxygen to form zinc oxide. This further reacts with carbon dioxide to form zinc carbonate, a fairly strong material that further corrosion is no longer by protecting the steel or iron from the elements.
The galvanizing process begins with cleaning the surface of the steel to make it ready for galvanizing. Then the parts are dipped in a flux tank usually with an aqueous solution of zinc ammonium chloride, or they are by a layer of molten zinc ammonium chloride floating on the surface of the molten zinc flux.
The corrosive metals are coated with a thin zinc layer by the metal through a molten bath of zinc at a temperature of about 860 ° F (460 degrees C). After slowly pulling back the parts from the molten zinc, the fasteners are spun in a centrifuge, while the zinc is still liquid, to remove excess zinc. The parts are then either air or water cooled to solidify the zinc and permit handling.
Hot Dip Galvanized Steel, Hot dip galvanizing is by bonding with zinc steel at the molecular level. This allows the coat to the entire surface including scratches, holes, joints and even coverage. As this process leads to a metallurgical bond between zinc and steel with a number of different iron-zinc alloys, it covers not only the steel with a layer of zinc, but the other three layers. The first three layers are used, zinc-iron alloys, and the fourth is pure zinc. The zinc-iron alloy increases the strength of the steel, while the last layer of pure stainless steel to prevent any corrosion.

Among the common, everyday liquids printer ink is one of the most expensive ones! Yes, it’s true!
All of us who need to print a lot of documents either through the nature of our jobs or if you got a school kid who needs something printed now and then have come to conclusion that we pay too much for such a trivial and irrelevant thing.
But there may be solution for this and a good one. A real solution, not false. Now at home you don’t have a lot of expense with printing as compared to the people running a business but if you can save, why not?

The problems with the printers are considered to be very common nowadays. They tend to give problems during the times when you least expect it. The good news is that most of the printing problems can be fixed just by following few simple steps. Here are some common problems with the printers and the solution to fix it.
Problem with the cable
This is considered to be the most common problem of printers. The cables are one of the necessary parts of any printer, without it the printer won’t be able to work. There can be plenty of problems with the printer cable. If the cable of your printer is old then you better consider replacing it as it might be damaged from inside. If the cable is new then you need to make sure it is properly connected on both the ends. On successful connection the light on the printer and the computer or any other machines will start to blink or glow. Problem with the paper supply
If you printer is pulling in more papers than it should, it means that the paper is stuck inside the printer case or the paper is not placed properly. Problem with printer drivers

Printing blank page

If ink level is good and the cartridge is new then remove the tape fixed on the head of the cartridge. This can also happen if you are printing something on an inappropriate sized paper.
The quality of the print is bad
If you are getting the prints with terrible quality then you can check for the ink level in your printer cartridges. The ink might be low in your printer cartridge. You can check the ink level of your cartridges just check the ink level in the software provided by the printer company. If the ink is low replace it for better quality printouts.
