Among the common, everyday liquids printer ink is one of the most expensive ones! Yes, it’s true!

The problems with the printers are considered to be very common nowadays. They tend to give problems during the times when you least expect it. The good news is that most of the printing problems can be fixed just by following few simple steps. Here are some common problems with the printers and the solution to fix it.

Problem with the cable
This is considered to be the most common problem of printers. The cables are one of the necessary parts of any printer, without it the printer won’t be able to work. There can be plenty of problems with the printer cable. If the cable of your printer is old then you better consider replacing it as it might be damaged from inside. If the cable is new then you need to make sure it is properly connected on both the ends. On successful connection the light on the printer and the computer or any other machines will start to blink or glow. If the cable is close to any kind of electrical interface then you can also face the problems. Make sure you have purchased some quality brand.

Problem with the paper supply
If you printer is pulling in more papers than it should, it means that the paper is stuck inside the printer case or the paper is not placed properly. If the paper is stuck then you can easily pull it out or the paper may come out on its own. This kind of problem can be related to improper alignment of the paper kept in the paper tray and does not have anything to do with the printer.

Problem with printer drivers
While installing the printer drivers to your computer, you need to make sure everything gets installed. If any problem occurs in between try to fix it there itself or try reinstalling again. If you skip the error then you might place problem during printing. The most common problem with the driver will be the use of wrong printer drivers. Please make sure you go through the printer specification of the computer.

Printing blank page
If your printer is printing blank page then you may check the ink level of your printer. If the ink level is nil then you will not get anything printed on the paper. If ink level is good and the cartridge is new then remove the tape fixed on the head of the cartridge. This can also happen if you are printing something on an inappropriate sized paper.

The quality of the print is bad
If you are getting the prints with terrible quality then you can check for the ink level in your printer cartridges. The ink might be low in your printer cartridge. You can check the ink level of your cartridges just check the ink level in the software provided by the printer company. If the ink is low replace it for better quality printouts.
